Representative Brand

Germany ME Geithain
ME (Musikelectronic Geithain GmbH) is a professional acoustic brand committed to full-chain in-house R&D. From amplifier circuits to speaker drivers, every component is designed and manufactured independently, without reliance on third-party supply chains. This ensures stable, reliable quality and long-term parts availability, delivering precise, uncolored monitoring speakers for professional environments. Prioritizing the essence of sound over excessive marketing, ME leverages deep expertise in music and acoustics to guarantee consistent, authentic sound reproduction across diverse settings—from recording studios and broadcast trucks to control rooms and concert halls. A trusted acoustic partner in the professional audio industry.
Brand History
This focus stems from a brand legacy spanning over half a century. In 1960, founder Joachim Kiesler and two watchmakers established the PGH cooperative in Geithain, Germany, beginning with technical services before launching their own R&D line in 1966. By 1972, the enterprise was nationalized and renamed VEB Musikelectronic Geithain, during which time it introduced several classic amplifiers and speakers; multiple products earned East Germany's authoritative quality certifications, while the RL 900 monitor speakers were hailed by the industry as "masterpieces of music." In 1992, the company completed privatization and officially became ME GmbH, carrying forward its craftsmanship and acoustic heritage. With innovative technology, it once again won Saxony's Economic Innovation Award, continuing the brand's legendary story.
Core Acoustic Technology
Equipped with MCDS coaxial technology for a fatigue-free listening experience.
Our Studio and Hi-End series feature our proven, continuously refined MCDS-Coax (Minimum Coloration Directivity Control) coaxial drivers. This point-source design delivers key advantages: uniform, color-free sound and unparalleled imaging and soundstage performance. These characteristics enable extended listening sessions without fatigue.
Achieve unrestricted speaker placement with K-technology (Heart-shaped Low-frequency Directional Control).
In enclosed spaces, sound reflections from walls cause problematic interference in the low-frequency range. While users often attempt to mitigate this through strategic placement, such optimization is limited by many factors and rarely succeeds. Our "K Technology" (named after the German word for "heart-shaped") delivers exceptional performance even in acoustically challenging rooms. Experts from Saxony achieve this by integrating an acoustic propagation element at the rear of the enclosure that attenuates backward sound radiation by more than 10 dB. As a result, reflections behind the speaker are significantly reduced, making interference virtually imperceptible.
From craftsmanship to acoustic legend. Built on technology, driven by sound. For over half a century, German ME has remained committed to还原ing the most authentic sound experience.
