ME-900A Active 3-Way Coaxial Speaker

Current Color: Ash Wood Veneer

The ME-900A is a compact, active three-way coaxial speaker designed as an ideal main monitor for audio/video production studios or home theater systems. Its mid-high driver features an integrated coaxial structure paired with a 15-inch woofer housed in a bass-reflex enclosure for exceptional efficiency. The midrange driver employs a kidney-shaped dispersion pattern to match the woofer's directivity. Extensively optimized during development, the system minimizes nonlinear distortion for high-fidelity reproduction. With focused energy output, it supports long-distance monitoring, delivering precise sound staging and sharp imaging. Equipped on the rear panel is a built-in three-way MOSFET power amplifier with active crossovers for easy installation and maintenance. Within a 3dB headroom range, an indicator light flashes intermittently to signal sound pressure levels and warn of potential clipping distortion. If this threshold is exceeded, the mid-high driver's output automatically attenuates by 2 dB to protect the drivers. Two control knobs allow continuous fine-tuning of low-frequency response to compensate for room acoustics. Additional dedicated stands are available as optional accessories, compatible with the speaker's mounting points. This model can also be customized with magnetic shielding.
